The MTV Europe Music Awards attracted some international stars like Taylor Swift (32), Bebe Rexha (33) and Ava Max (28) to Düsseldorf on Sunday evening. But especially the celebrities with shorter journeys cavorted on the red carpet of the music event on the Rhine. Three ladies attracted everyone’s attention in their glamorous and sparkling robes.

“Let’s Dance” presenter Victoria Swarovski (29) wore a gold strap mini dress with a deep neckline from the Swarovski Atelier. “It’s from the 80s from a collection with Karl Lagerfeld,” the presenter explained on the red carpet in an interview with spot on news. “I pulled it out of the archives especially for the occasion.” The robe was not only an eye-catcher because of the sparkling look, but also because of the high leg slit and cut-outs at the waist. The 29-year-old also combined glittering strappy pumps by Jimmy Choo, a gold clutch and sparkling Swarovski earrings. She wore her straight hair open over her shoulders with a center parting and let the dress speak for itself with a subtle make-up.

Musician Elif (29) also came up with something special for her EMA look. Her floor-length black bustier robe with a high leg slit and train was custom-made by Ritual Unions. “They also make a lot of wedding dresses and I needed someone who knew about dresses,” Elif explained to spot on news on the red carpet. “I’m incredibly proud that the seamstress took the time to make this for me.” The styling preparations for her performance took about three hours, which is “quite normal” for such an evening, the musician said. Normally she only needs 15 minutes in the morning: “I’m a very simple guy and I like to be without make-up in my private life.” The singer wore golden jewelry from Cartier to the transparent glitter sequin dress and completed the outfit with black platform pumps with straps. She styled her bob into a sleek look and her eyes were accentuated with metallic eyeshadow and mascara for volume and length. Otherwise, she kept the rest of her makeup subtle.

Influencer Leonie Hanne (34) provided another glamor moment. She wore a floor-length Valentino robe made of sheer fabric trimmed with colorful feathers and sequins. “For the EMAs, it should be something that’s colorful and fun,” said Hanne, who also presented an award on stage that evening, about the choice of her look. She combined Tiffany jewelry with the high-necked dress with long sleeves and eye-catching appliqués and had styled her hair in a sleek-look ponytail to part the middle. For makeup, she opted for a nude-colored lip gloss and mascara.
