Gilching – Nepal? The country in the media during the time of the Corona-crisis world attention. “The crisis has hit the Nepalis particularly difficult,” says Horst Schmel from Gilching, a co-founder of the Namaste Foundation, implemented since the 1960s in Nepal, aid projects. Together with his wife Ursula and Foundation Board of Directors Günther Strödel he took in Gilching, Germany, a cheque for € 3,000 from the Rotary Club Fürstenfeldbruck. The money flows in the food packages to the Distress in the Nepalese village of Bolde relieve.
