The place soon to be revealed to the public
Convinced that his intuition was correct, the specialist went on-site to check his hypothesis. ” Wouter called me, a little excited. On the spot, it was amazing : nothing had moved, or almost, since the photo. He just had to clear a little to loosen the roots and realize that Wouter was right. It was under our eyes, but no one had ever made the connection… ” exclaimed Dominique-Charles Janssens. To validate the hypothesis, Wouter Van der Veen made an appeal to the experts from the Van Gogh museum, who have come to confirm the discovery. The place will soon be accessible to the public and will be officially revealed on the occasion of the anniversary of the death of the Dutch painter.
