The two American film stars Gwyneth Paltrow (50) and Brie Larson (33) showed a lot of bare skin at the Fashion Los Angeles Awards on Sunday. Paltrow made sure her toned abs showed off on the red carpet and at the awards ceremony in her nude pant-top combo. The long-sleeved and high-necked mesh top was transparent except for the bandeau area, the pants were floor-length, wide and flowing.
To do this, she combined large pearl earrings and several other diamond-studded earrings. Her blonde hair was tied back in an elegant ponytail. When it came to make-up, she went natural and only emphasized her eyes a little and her lips with soft pink lipstick.
It was a big night for the US star as her fashion company G. Label by goop was honored as Powerhouse Brand of the Year. “The Oscar-winning actress, who has become the face of the wellness world, makes gold out of everything she touches,” the award read.
Actress Brie Larson, on the other hand, let her cleavage look deep in her red and black evening dress. What was particularly striking about the floor-length robe with a flowing skirt was the upper area, which consisted of a sparkling, ruby red sequin part and accentuated shoulders and a black lace bustier.
The long, dark blonde hair was styled in a loose side parting. She also kept her make-up natural, only showing a hint of pink lipstick.
The dress was designed by Rodarte’s Kate and Laura Mulleavy, who Larson attended in honor of when they were named Designers of the Year.
