The actress Maria Sebaldt (“The Wicherts from next door”) died at the age of 92. Referring to the family of the deceased, ZDF announced that Sebaldt had died on April 4th. According to the information, Sebaldt, who last lived in the Munich district, has already been buried. The “Bild” newspaper reported about it first.
One of the best-known roles of the native Berliner were appearances in ZDF series. So she played the exalted girlfriend Sybille (called Bille) of Thekla Carola Wied’s character Angelika (Angi) in the 80s hit series “I Marry a Family”. In the early evening series “The Wicherts from next door” she was the mother named Hannelore.
She was also seen in the series “Das Traumschiff”. She has acted in a number of crime series, including “Derrick”, “The Commissioner” and “The Old Man”.
Sebaldt was born on April 25, 1930 in Berlin, where she also acted in the theater in the 1950s. The actress soon became aware of the film, and she particularly impressed with her comedic talent.
Sebaldt played in productions such as “Charley’s Aunt” or “The Black Sheep”, but also “The Buddenbrooks” and “The Captain of Köpenick”. In Munich she was seen in the comedy in the Bayerischer Hof.
