As Lucius and Draco Malfoy, the two actors Jason Isaacs (59) and Tom Felton (34) made life difficult for the poor magician Harry Potter (Daniel Radcliffe, 33) time and time again. The two “Harry Potter” stars prove on their social media accounts that, as is well known, nothing connects more than a common enemy. Felton has now posted a picture together with his film father on Instagram, in which the actually hydrogen-blonde Malfoys are hardly recognizable.
“My dad heard about this play I was in,” Felton wrote of the selfie with Isaacs, which he shared with his nearly 12 million followers. Felton was referring to the play “2:22: A Ghost Story” in which he was seen at London’s Criterion Theater – and which the proud “dad” in the audience attended.
Isaacs also took the opportunity to document the “family reunion” on Instagram. In a series of pictures he poses in front of several posters of the theater performance. One particularly endearing image shows the two men grinning cheek-to-cheek for the camera. “So proud and, along with the audience, thrilled to see my boy rule the stage,” Isaacs captioned the photos.
For Isaacs, even more remarkable than the performance is that Felton “also makes music and will soon publish a book. I’m satisfied if I put the garbage cans out on the right day (which doesn’t happen often). I would hate him If I didn’t love him so much.”
At the end of the day, Isaacs jokes about his striking orange tan in the photo at the expense of Donald Trump (76): “By the way, this is a professional tan. I didn’t get infected with Trumphilis.”
