Actor Tom Sizemore (61) is in intensive care with a brain aneurysm, according to various media reports. According to Deadline, the 61-year-old has been in critical condition in a Los Angeles hospital since 2 a.m.

His manager Charles Lago confirmed the news. He “is currently in a critical condition and the only thing to do in this situation is to wait and see,” Lago told the magazine. “His family is aware and awaiting updates.” It is currently not known when there will be news.

Sizemore became known alongside Tom Hanks (66) in the 1998 film “Saving Private Ryan”. He also appeared in “Heat”, “Pearl Harbor”, “Natural Born Killers” and the remake of “Twin Peaks”. Soon he can be seen in the horror film “Impuratus” in the leading role of a police investigator.

Sizemore’s personal life also made headlines throughout his career. In 2003 he was convicted of hitting and threatening his ex-girlfriend Heidi Fleiss. Sizemore also had problems with drugs – in 2010 he had himself accompanied during a rehab for the reality TV show “Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew”.
