It is eagerly awaited every year: the famous “Gift Bag” at the Oscars for all nominees. Now it has become known which luxury gifts are included this year.
A trip to an Italian island, a facelift at a celebrity surgeon, a piece of land in Australia, silk duvet covers, organic dates, edible massage oil – this year’s Oscar contenders (including Michelle Yeoh, Austin Butler , Lady Gaga) at the ceremony. Total value: around 120,000 euros.
The marketing company Distinctive Assets, which provides the gifts for the celebrities every year, is responsible for the gift bags. Its founder explained in a press statement: “Not only are our gifts great and fun and useful, they also serve a purpose. Most of the brands we work with are small businesses that benefit immensely, at the largest being involved in Hollywood tonight.”
It is also now known which food will be served at the after-show party. Celebrity chef Elliott Grover has created a menu of English specialties including fish
