Nadine Pfeiffer (Eichhorn) is 41 years old and a single mother who wants to make things easier for her 16-year-old daughter Ronja (Traser). The ambitious Ronja, on the other hand, is excluded at school and called a nerd. In the Schillerallee in Cologne, they look forward to a new beginning. Ronja finds a role model in the doctor Sina Hirschberger (Valea Scalabrino, 32).
“The atmosphere on the set is really good,” Eichhorn is quoted as saying in the press release. Despite a high workload, it is “very pleasant and I meet everyone very friendly and helpful”. The actress describes her role as “warm and down-to-earth”.
Meanwhile, Traser reveals: “Ronja bubbles with a healthy dose of self-confidence in front of ideas, conceptions and plans that she wants to implement.” But Ronja is also going through puberty and is struggling with “the typical teenage problems and the usual mother-daughter discussions”.
