Arnold Schwarzenegger (75) celebrated a reunion with his former co-star Danny DeVito (78) at the “White House Correspondents’ Dinner”. The two main actors of the film “Twins” (1988) could be seen in a pre-recorded clip.
The former California governor and longtime good friend DeVito fed Schwarzenegger’s pets, a pony and a donkey, in the clip after the 75-year-old thanked the press for their service.
“I’m very proud of you all. And not just me, but Lulu and Whiskey and my twin brother Danny DeVito, we’re all proud of you!” Schwarzenegger explained while DeVito fed the animals at the desk next to him with crackers.
Shortly before, the “Terminator” star had introduced a new family member, a little domestic pig named Schnelly. Schwarzenegger shared a first photo with the pig on his Instagram account and wrote: “The family is growing.”
Schwarzenegger and DeVito are said to have been friends since they starred in 1988’s ‘Twins.’ A sequel to the comedy is planned. The two also worked together in 1993’s “Last Action Hero” and 1994’s “Junior”.
