Olena Selenska, wife of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi, will personally attend the BRIGITTE LIVE event at the Frankfurt Book Fair on Saturday. The First Lady of Ukraine will answer questions from BRIGITTE editor-in-chief Brigitte Huber and Meike Dinklage, head of the current affairs department, in front of an audience.

Selenska used to work at her own TV production company, with which she implemented her husband’s comedy formats. In the meantime, the qualified civil engineer has completely different tasks to perform: since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, she has been fighting, among other things, for her compatriots to be able to get psychological help quickly, and has trained first aiders as part of a campaign. Accessibility is also one of her main projects, for which she initiated and promoted a handbook that she will present at the Frankfurt Book Fair (October 19-23).

Olena Selenska will answer questions from BRIGITTE Editor-in-Chief Brigitte Huber and Meike Dinklage, Head of Current Affairs, at BRIGITTE LIVE at 5.30 p.m. at the Frankfurt Book Fair.

Brigitte Huber: “We are looking forward to a special conversation with Ms. Selenska, which will of course not only deal with her book, but also with politics, the war and the events of the last few months, as always with our BRIGITTE LIVE talks people behind it.”

The BRIGITTE LIVE event will take place on October 22 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the “Harmonie” room in the Congress Center Messe Frankfurt.
