The Sat.1 show “The Voice Kids” is relying on proven staff in the coming season: pop singer Lena Meyer-Landrut (31) and her colleagues Wincent Weiss (29), Alvaro Soler (31) as well as Smudo and Michi Beck will also be in 2023 from the Fantastischen Vier (both 54) sit in the coaching chairs.
The broadcaster announced this on Sunday. For the first time there is not a single change in personnel. Filming of the talent show for children between the ages of 7 and 15 will begin in Berlin in November. The eleventh season should then be shown on Sat.1 next spring.
“For me, as the longest-serving coach with eight seasons, “The Voice Kids” is and remains a matter of the heart. The boys and I are a great team,” said Lena in a statement. Weiss added: “I’m really looking forward to the time and, above all, I’m excited to see which children, with which incredible voices and talents, will be there this time.”
