Anyone who sees the clothes worn by the participants on MontanaBlack’s new show “Get Away” will know right away: The uniform orange suits are reminiscent of prison uniforms from the USA – and for good reason, because the show is about a prison break behind you bring to.
The principle of the show is simple, the tasks more difficult: Twitch and YouTube stars must compete against each other in a total of five rounds and collect as many points as possible in challenges. At the end of the five rounds, the top three end up in the final. The program is moderated by Steven Gätjen, MontanaBlack plays the prison warden on the show.
The first issue on Sunday got off to a good start, featuring stars like UnsympathischTV, EliasN97, Kayla Shyx, Reved and Knossi. And they did well, in the end Knossi, Kayla Shyx and Sascha Hellinger ended up in the final. The task there: get through three walls that are reinforced with different materials without any tools.
At the first wall, Kayla Shyx first tries to dig through dirt with her bare hands. When that doesn’t work, she boxes and hits the wall – but with fatal consequences: from the off you can suddenly hear her calling “I think I hurt my arm” and “I think it’s broken”, get more the spectators cannot be seen or heard at first.
There is certainty for the fans of the streamer (750,000 followers on Instagram) later on the social networks: There she reports at night that she actually had to have an operation, because Shyx had actually gotten it badly. Not just one arm was broken, but both. But there doesn’t seem to be any trouble about MontanaBlack: she thanks him for flowers at the bedside. Knossi ultimately won the show, but “with a stale aftertaste,” as he says in an Instagram story after the show.
