Baby news from Luxembourg: Princess Alexandra of Luxembourg (32) and her husband Nicolas Bagory (35) are expecting their first child.
A press release, also published on Instagram, informs: “Their Royal Highnesses the Grand Duke and Grand Duchess are pleased to announce that Princess Alexandra and Mr. Nicolas Bagory are expecting their first child.”
It goes on to say that the baby’s arrival is expected in the spring. They also said that the Grand Duke, the Grand Duchess and the members of the two families would join in the joy of the great happiness.
Next year, with the latest announcement, at least two grandchildren will be added to the royal family. Princess Alexandra’s brother, Prince Félix (39), and his wife, Princess Claire of Luxembourg (38), are also currently happy, as they announced in an Instagram post in July.
Princess Alexandra and Nicolas Bagory are said to have met in 2021. They married in a civil ceremony in Luxembourg on April 22, 2023, followed by the church wedding in southern France on April 29.
