Actor Florian David Fitz (49) won the finale of the sixth season of “Who steals my show” on Sunday evening and ended up on the cover of the puzzle magazine “Rätsel-Karussell”. Starting today, Monday, the magazine will be sold on the streets by those in need to raise money for a good cause. The show was hosted by comedian Hazel Brugger (30). She had to admit defeat against Fitz in the final quiz.
Brugger, Fitz, presenter Joko Winterscheidt (44) and actor Matthias Schweighöfer (42) competed against each other for the last time. In addition, the wildcard candidate Stephan tried to win. The finale of the show is not about presenting the next program, but about the cover of the puzzle magazine.
Surprisingly, Matthias Schweighöfer, who had previously hosted the show twice, was eliminated first in the final. However, he creates a hit beyond the show: his Italopop song “Fazzoletti,” which was presented in the show, is now available on all streaming platforms. Wildcard candidate Stephan turned out to be a worthy opponent for the stars and ultimately even came third.
Fitz came out on top in the game “Risk Greed” and ended up in the final for the second time after the first episode. Back then he lost to Winterscheidt, but now he was able to prevail in the sixth question. Because he knew that Nobel Prize winner for literature Peter Handke (81) became famous for his play “Insulting the Audience”. Brugger, on the other hand, had no idea and was completely wrong with her answer “Joko Winterscheidt”.
Hazel Brugger is ahead of the game when it comes to the show’s comedy and in her roast she dishes out more than harsh words against the guests and WSMDS host Joko Winterscheidt.
In a singing performance, the Swiss comedian sings playback – and yet not particularly well. When she then sings “I am beautiful, I sing better than Helene”, it is reasonable to suspect that the performance is a swipe at Helene Fischer’s “Wetten, dass…?” performance. The pop singer received criticism for not singing live.
Their roast against the host was particularly violent, or as Joko Winterscheidt says “disproportionately harsh”. “Joko laughs all the time, the guy really can’t be stopped from laughing. Joko would still laugh even if he were cut in half with a chainsaw. […] If my theory turns out to be wrong, he is dead afterward.” These sentences made Joko Winterscheidt’s laughter briefly stick in her throat.
And actor Matthias Schweighöfer is not safe from the comedian either. “Matthias Schweighöfer is really versatile. Sometimes he plays the wonderfully spoiled pretty boy […], then the wonderfully beautiful spoiled man.” And further: “Here on ProSieben he blows the nose flute and enchants the audience with the spray of residual cocaine, that drips from his Hollywood nostrils while playing.” This seems to have shocked Matthias Schweighöfer so much that he had to be the first to leave the show.
Florian David Fitz can now look forward to his cover of “Rätsel-Karussell”, which most recently graced Tokio Hotel frontman Bill Kaulitz (34). “Who steals the show from me” will continue next year. Then singer Sarah Connor (43), singer Lena Meyer-Landrut (32) and presenter Klaas Heufer-Umlauf (40) try to dispute the show with Joko Winterscheidt. ProSieben has not yet announced the exact broadcast date.
