Vanessa Mai (30) announced on the “Giovanni Zarrella Show” on ZDF on Saturday evening that she would like to release new music with her band Wolkenfrei, with which she originally gained wider fame. A new and final album will be released next year.

The singer was first on stage in Offenburg with her song “747”. In a subsequent conversation with the host Giovanni Zarrella (44), Mai said: “Next year, exactly ten years ago, my path began […] with clouds free. And on the occasion of this tenth anniversary, there will actually be one last cloud free next year give an album.” She had already been in the studio and had already sung her first songs. “My roots and my homeland will always be the hit. I know where I come from and that will never change,” Mai also assured.

Mai also spoke about her recently released autobiography, I Do it Mai Way. “It’s more of an intermediate status for me, I’m only 30 and I hope that a lot will happen,” said the singer.
