The US rock band Pearl Jam (since 1990) around singer and guitarist Eddie Vedder (59) is back with new music. “Dark Matter”, the musicians’ 12th studio album, will be available from April 19th, as announced on Instagram along with some promising tracks.
At the same time, the musicians also announced a world tour via social media. “The Dark Matter World Tour” will start in May. “The presale request for Ten Club tickets is now open and registration for general presale begins today [Tuesday, local time],” the post reads.
The opening concert will take place on May 4th in Vancouver, Canada, and the finale, according to the homepage, will take place on November 21st in Sydney, Australia.
The superstars of the grunge era, who became known worldwide with the hit “Jeremy” (1991) from the album “Ten” (1991), will be making a guest appearance in Europe from June 22nd. The performance in Dublin, Ireland will be followed by Manchester, London, Barcelona, Madrid and Lisbon.
In between there will also be two concerts in Germany. These are planned for July 2nd and 3rd at the Berlin Waldbühne.
