A small mix-up of names, dream ratings and prominent guests like Helene Fischer (39), Cher (77) or Take That: The last “Wetten,dass..?” edition with Thomas Gottschalk (73) is history – and German celebrities remember it with moving social media posts to the outgoing show legend.
Comedian Oliver Pocher (45) obviously watched Gottschalk’s “Wetten, dass…?” farewell with his children on the sofa at home. “I sat in front of the TV with my children (and there are a few of them) one last time and we watched you,” writes Amira Pocher’s (31) husband on Instagram.
He confirms presenter legend Gottschalk: “Your career and TV moments were unique and I hope there will be a few more to come.” In his opinion, Gottschalk’s last edition of “Wetten,dass..?” marked the end of “a piece of television history”. The praised Gottschalk reacts promptly to these warm-hearted lines. “Olli, thank you!
