Hollywood star Pedro Pascal (47) is not only causing a stir with the “Star Wars” series “The Mandalorian”. The actor, who was originally born in Chile, can also be seen in the HBO video game adaptation “The Last of Us”, which is also currently running. Long before his great success, Pascal had a guest role in the nineties cult series “Buffy – Im Ban der Demons” – and that’s exactly what series star Sarah Michelle Gellar (45) has now reminded of with a nostalgic Instagram post.

Featured is a production still from the 2001 episode “The Freshman,” in which Pascal played a freshman college student opposite Gellar. When asked about this on the red carpet of the premiere of the third season of “The Mandalorian” by “Access Hollywood”, Pascal was visibly moved that Gellar still remembers his relatively small guest role today.

“I want her to know that I remember every moment of filming this episode,” Pascal told Gellar. The former “Buffy” star was “a lovely co-star” and the two actors had “the best time” on set.

Pascal told Entertainment Tonight that Gellar shared ice cream with him during filming, which was available in her dressing room at the time. Pascal, who turned into a vampire in the course of that “Buffy” episode, also had to eat his lunch in his undead mask on the set.

The praised Gellar, in turn, referred to Pascal’s sweet interview moment in some Instagram stories. “As if I could ever forget you,” Gellar wrote along with a repost of the “Entertainment Tonight” clip, in which Pascal, surprised and downright incredulous, asks, “Sarah Michelle Gellar posted about me?”.
