The BossHoss are at the beginning of a big open-air anniversary tour that will take them to more than 25 cities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland from the end of May. At five of the planned concerts on the “Fxxcking 20 Years!” tour they will also play together with a very special guest. The Hollywood star and musician Kiefer Sutherland (57) will perform with The BossHoss, as the band and the organizer Semmel Concerts announced.
According to the band’s official website, the tour will kick off on May 30th in Bad Iburg, followed by stops in Lübeck (June 15th), Munich (June 26th) and Vienna (June 30th). According to the announcement, Sutherland will then be on stage for five dates in July. The Canadian star and the German group will be on stage together for the first time on July 12th in Bad Mergentheim as part of the tour. The other shows with Sutherland are planned for July 13th in Königstein, July 19th in Füssen, July 21st in Chemnitz and July 24th in Winterbach.
Sutherland was known primarily as an actor for many decades before he released his first album around eight years ago – long after his successes on the screen and on TV, among other things, with “Stand by Me – The Secret of a Summer” (1986) or the hit series “24” (2001).
