Entrepreneur Tillman Schulz was eliminated as the second candidate on the RTL show “Let’s Dance”. The 34-year-old received seven points from the jury for his rumba to “You,” putting him in last place. Telephone voting also didn’t help the “Lion’s Den” investor and his dance partner Patricija Ionel (28) make it to the next round.
Motsi Mabuse said she had never seen anyone so nervous at the show. However, this is human and shows that the performance means something to Schulz. “It was a standing rumba and not a moving rumba,” said Joachim Llambi. He only got one point for the dance. Schulz accepted the feedback, but did not leave Llambi’s one point without comment: The juror was familiar with low points thanks to MSV Duisburg, he countered.
This week the candidates danced to music from the 90s. For the Cha-Cha-Cha to “Sexbomb” Detlef Soost received the most jury points that evening with 22 points. “That was so good,” exclaimed Jorge González enthusiastically. Joachim Llambi also praised some parts of the dance as “really strong”. “I found my master in Ekaterina,” admitted the 53-year-old Soost.
