The writer moldovan Tatiana Tibuleac, Catalan Irene Solà and the Greek author Theodor Kallifatides, were announced Wednesday as winners of the Awards Calamus 2019. It is a text that reflects two of the faces of the author’s life: that of the Swedish social-democrat who welcomed him, in which he has lived for more than 50 years and whose language was adopted to write; and the of his Greece home in crisis, to the point of collapse because of poverty and whose language he returned to write this book.
