Star from the USA: Rapper NF: "Would my fans still support me if I were less depressed?"

NF, Nathan Feuerstein’s real name, is the most successful rapper in the world who hardly anyone knows. His last two albums have achieved platinum status in the USA, his songs have been streamed over 30 billion times, and his current European tour is sold out. He is rarely mentioned in the media. Maybe because his music is too dark. Maybe because he hates press events. This Tuesday afternoon he comes into the press room of his label Universal in Berlin in a gray baggy sweater, gray sweatpants and rubber boots – and smiles. As almost always, the cap is pulled low over the face, with two tired eyes underneath.
