I went fasting hiking. A great thing. For seven days there is only a small smoothie in the morning and a vegetable broth in the evening. The rest of the time you don’t eat anything. It’s amazing how well this works. You don’t starve, quite the opposite. The body regenerates itself and becomes fitter and healthier again.

We hiked in the morning. As soon as we set off, the first lady asked. “And what do you do for a living?” I am a “sex coach for women,” I say. The squad stops and everyone stares at me. “That’s great”. “Wow, I have a few questions.” “I could really use that,” say the ladies. Laugh and giggle.

I can tell you: I will be a very popular hiking companion for the next few days. I love this very much because I always like to hear where the shoe is pinching, the desire furnace has gone out or the relationship engine has sputtered… and then I do a quick fix. Often it’s not a big deal, just the right information is missing and then the problem is fixed.
