The new technical term comes from the guidebook by Prof. Dr. Bert te Wildt and Timo Schiele “Burn on: Always shortly before burn out”. Te Wildt is chief physician at a German psychosomatic clinic where Timo Schiele is senior psychologist. In practice, the two experts see what moves Germany.
