Happy Birthday, Robbie Williams (50)! The British musician and former Take That member celebrated his 50th birthday yesterday (February 13th). The entertainer and musician received a birthday serenade from his wife Ayda Field Williams (44) and their children. She shares the entertaining moment with the couple’s fans on Instagram.
“Totally embarrassed when the whole restaurant sings ‘Happy Birthday’ to him… But we all think it’s really funny,” Ayda Field Williams captioned the video showing her husband’s reaction. The British musician can be seen, wrapped in a thick winter jacket, sunglasses and a baseball cap, on the terrace of a restaurant in front of an impressive mountain backdrop and with a birthday cake. While the restaurant visitors and Williams’ family sing “Happy Birthday” to the superstar with musical support, he seems embarrassed by the birthday serenade. “Thank you,” Williams calls out embarrassedly at the end of the interlude and continues: “Turn it down [the music, editor’s note].”
As Williams’ wife previously told the magazine “Hello!” revealed, the family celebrated the musician’s milestone birthday this year in Switzerland. “We will spoil him with a lot of time and love with the children and just keep it small,” she explained to him in advance. There was also a sweet declaration of love for the now 50-year-old musician: “One day later, a decade older and much cooler. I love my 50-year-old,” writes Ayda Field Williams in her post, to which she adds a heart emoji.
Robbie Williams and the American actress Ayda Field Williams have been married since 2010. The couple has three biological children together: daughter Theodora (11) and sons Charlton (9) and Beau (4). The couple’s second daughter (Colette, 5) was born through a surrogate mother.
Williams and his wife will celebrate their 15th wedding anniversary in 2025. If Ayda Field Williams’ mother and the family dog Poupette are still doing well by then, then the couple is planning to renew their wedding vows, as Williams’ wife further revealed in the interview.
