The American punk rock band Blink-182 is going on a world tour after a long break. “We’re coming. Tour is coming. Album is coming. Tom is coming,” the trio announced on Instagram on Tuesday. They would also release a new song titled “Edging” on Friday. In addition to drummer Travis Barker (46) and bassist and singer Mark Hoppus (50), founding member Tom DeLonge (46) is also there. The singer and guitarist left the band, which was founded in the 1990s, in 2015.
The planned tour is scheduled to begin in Mexico in March 2023 and travel through South America, North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand through February 2024. Around 70 performances are planned, including three concerts in September 2023 in Germany (9 September Cologne, 16 September Berlin, 17 September Hamburg).
The three-piece band is known for songs like “All the Small Things” and “What’s My Age Again.” Drummer Travis Barker recently made headlines after marrying reality star Kourtney Kardashian. In April, the couple got married in a flash wedding in Las Vegas – albeit without official papers. The civil wedding took place in May in Santa Barbara, California. A little later they exchanged vows again in Portofino, Italy.
