This is a bitter tale of a pale rosé wine, described by connoisseurs as “…combining aromas of orange pulp, white cherry and grapefruit with undertones of mineral, spice and heather accents.” At least that’s the opinion of the trade magazine “Wine Spectator” and praises the “delicious finish”. Now, wine people like to talk in prose that doesn’t really say much, so it’s better to just drink the wine. It’s not difficult to find, it’s in good wine shops and on the menu of many better restaurants, such as the Berlin celebrity canteen “Borchardt”, which will play a small role at the end of this story.
