May 6, 2023 will go down in history: King Charles III. (74) is crowned in London. His grandson Archie celebrates his fourth birthday on this day – and will miss the historic event. He is spending his special day with his mother Meghan (41) and sister Lilibet (1) at home in Montecito, California. He has to do without his father Prince Harry (38) on his fourth birthday – at least for the time being …
While the world King Charles III. celebrates, Duchess Meghan wants to give her eldest son an unforgettable day. As the US magazine “People” previously reported, she is planning a small party in her home villa. Her mother Doria Ragland (66) and some friends are said to come to give Archie a good time. However, the birthday child does not have to be without his father for too long.
Prince Harry reportedly wants to juggle his father’s coronation and his son’s fourth birthday. At least that’s what the British tabloid “The Sun” wants to know. He has only been to Great Britain once since the family moved away: in June 2022 he visited his late great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth II (1926-2022) for her platinum jubilee. Harry and Meghan’s children were not there for their funeral service on September 19, 2022.
The death of the Queen changed the line of succession to the British throne – and Archie moved up from seventh to sixth place. In addition, he and his sister are now entitled to royal titles as the monarch’s grandchildren in male succession. In March 2023, his parents and Buckingham Palace announced that Archie and Lilibet would henceforth be called Prince and Princess in official usage.
And something else happened in the last year of the newly crowned prince’s life: he became a little Netflix star. On December 8, 2022, the much-discussed documentary entitled “Harry
