Pete Davidson (29) has to answer for “reckless driving”: Three months after he drove into a house in Beverly Hills, the comedian and actor has apparently found out what to expect. The Los Angeles Attorney’s Office confirmed to the industry portal “The Hollywood Reporter” that the US star should be held accountable for the crime. According to the report, the Beverly Hills police referred the case to the district attorney two months ago. The local police had therefore started the investigation in March.

“We believe that Mr. Davidson committed reckless driving,” the prosecutor said in a statement. This ultimately led to him driving into a house. “Fortunately, no one was seriously injured in this collision. We know that reckless driving can have devastating consequences.”

The accident happened on March 4th. Davidson is said to have been driving in a residential area when his vehicle went off the road for reasons that have not yet been explained, according to the allegations. The car is said to have then hit a fire hydrant and hit the corner of a house, according to the allegations. Neither Davidson nor any of the occupants of the home were injured. The case is expected to appear before a judge at the end of July.

According to the celebrity portal “TMZ”, which first reported on the accident in March, Pete Davidson was driving the vehicle himself at the time. The star’s girlfriend, actress Chase Sui Wonders (27), is said to have been there. The two are rumored to have been dating since late last year. In August 2022, the comedian separated from Kim Kardashian (42) after around nine months.

He should still be happy with Chase Sui Wonders, reports “People” magazine. An anonymous source said: “He really cares about her and thinks she’s just the best.” The insider added of Davidson that “he’s taking his time with the relationship” despite the couple being “very close” and “very happy” together.
