London tourists who stopped in front of Buckingham Palace this morning on November 14th to watch the famous red-uniformed soldiers with bearskin hats at the changing of the guard saw a special musical performance at 11 a.m. British time: the military band of the Royal Household Cavalry intoned “Happy Birthday”. That only happens once a year: at the cradle party of the incumbent monarch.
