Naomi Watts (54) and Billy Crudup (54) recently had a very special surprise for their fans. Watts confirmed on Instagram that the acting couple got married. An insider is said to have now revealed to the US magazine “People” that the 54-year-old has allegedly never been so happy in her life.
“Their relationship is a love story,” says the anonymous source. The chemistry between the two is said to be right and it is “also a very fun relationship”. Crudup can make his partner laugh like no one else. The insider believes, “She deserved love and happiness. […] She fell in love very quickly. Billy was so good to her.” Crudup is “an incredible partner. It’s the best news that they are married.” And her friends are said to be very happy for the actress.
Numerous celebrity friends are at least very impressed in the comments on Instagram. Apparently half of Hollywood is happy for Watts and her partner. “I’m so, so happy for you both, love you, Nai,” enthuses Nicole Kidman (55). Michelle Pfeiffer (65) and Gwyneth Paltrow (50) choose similar words and send “a lot of love”. There are also congratulations from stars such as Julianne Moore (62), Reese Witherspoon (47), Kate Hudson (44), Justin Theroux (51), Miranda Kerr (40), Kerry Washington (46) and many more.
Watts and Crudup have reportedly known each other for almost 15 years, but according to media reports, they only got to know each other while filming their 2017 Netflix series Gypsy, in which the two play a married couple. In February 2022, the actors first walked the red carpet as a couple.
