His award for the best album of the year became a minor matter: Marc Anthony (54) and his wife Nadia Ferreira (23) presented themselves to the photographers on the red carpet at the Lo Nuestro Awards in Miami. The baby ball of the 23-year-old cannot be overlooked.

Just a few days ago, the two announced the baby news. Just in time for Valentine’s Day, they announced the good news in an identical post on their Instagram accounts. The announcement came more than two weeks after the pair’s wedding, which took place on Jan. 28 at Miami’s Pérez Art Museum.

At the award ceremony, everyone was allowed to share in their happiness. The 54-year-old proudly placed his hand on his wife’s baby bump. Ferreira’s hand kept wandering to her unborn child. The 23-year-old opted for a floor-length dream robe in a soft pink with a color-coordinated cape. Anthony, on the other hand, kept it more casual, forgoing a shirt under his gray jacket and presenting his bare chest.

Finally, at the event, Anthony was presented with an award for Album of the Year. After the announcement, he kissed both his wife and her baby bump, as reported by “Today” among other things. In his acceptance speech, he declared in Spanish, “I love you mommy” addressed to Nadia.

The singer then posted a special snapshot on Instagram, Nadja holding the award in front of her baby bump. “The baby is happy too,” Anthony commented on the post.

The music star and the beauty queen had confirmed their relationship via Instagram with a selfie they took on a plane in March 2022. In May of the same year, they announced their engagement.

While it’s Ferreira’s first child, the 54-year-old singer already has a large blended family, including 14-year-old twins Max and Emme from his previous marriage to Jennifer Lopez, 53. Anthony also has three other children with two former partners.
