King Charles III (74) and his royal consort Camilla (75) hosted a reception at Buckingham Palace on Wednesday evening in honor of British communities originally from East and Southeast Asia. A total of 300 guests were invited from areas such as art, culture, science and business. Among them was the model Alexa Chung (39).
Numerous members of the royal family also took part, including Princess Anne (72) and Prince Edward (58). Chung chose a gold beaded dress for the special occasion, which she paired with a sleek black blazer. She wore a silver hair clip.
Alexa Chung, whose father is of Chinese descent, smiled as King Charles III greeted him, who also clearly enjoyed welcoming his guests to his palace. Charles wore a royal blue suit with a matching plaid tie and a crisp white shirt to his reception. Camilla chose a black dress with green details and a statement gold necklace. According to the Daily Mail, Alexa Chung then told the reporters present that she had a “wonderful time” at the palace.
