Officially because of “irreconcilable differences,” at least that’s what the official papers say. He said he really wanted to have a child with Vergara, but she wasn’t interested. The ‘Modern Family’ actress already has one child from her first marriage to Joe Gonzalez. Her son Manolo is now an adult at the age of 31. Manganiello, on the other hand, is still childless.
According to the new report from “Page Six”, Vergara was still open to the topic at the time of the wedding in 2015, she could well imagine having another child at the time. However, an insider has now said that Manganiello’s desire for children has increased more and more in recent years. It is not yet known when Vergara made the decision not to give birth to any more babies.
On Monday, July 17, the couple announced in a joint statement that they had decided to end their marriage. The statement said: “We have made the difficult decision to divorce.
