The 2023 festival season continues to take shape. The twin festivals Hurricane and Southside announced new acts for next year’s editions in Scheeßel and Neuhausen ob Eck on December 13th. The Canadian rock band Billy Talent is there as a headliner – and together with the previously confirmed Muse, Die Ärzte, Kraftklub, Placebo, Casper (40), Peter Fox (51) and Queens of the Stone Age can cause a sensation on stage . Among other things, Billy Talent have their number one album “Crisis of Faith” in their luggage, which was released in 2022.
Another big name for the Hurricane and Southside Festival will be announced next year, according to the Hurricane website. The twin festivals are rising between June 16 and 18, 2023. Also announced were Bosse (42), Clueso (42), Bukahara, Gayle (18), Cavetown (23), Edwin Rosen, Dylan, Picture This and Will Linley.
Even harder sounds should not be missing in the coming year. These provide Madsen, Donots, Enter Shikari, Sondaschule, Funeral For A Friend, Betontod, The Interrupters, Anti-Flag, Kaffkiez, Zebrahead, Akne Kid Joe, Deaf Havana, Razz, The Amazons and Taylor Acorn.
Beats also come from BHZ, Trettmann (49), Loyle Carner (28), Ashnikko (26), 01099 and Drunken Masters. In the field of electronic music, Daði Freyr (30), Alle Farben (37) and Mezerg join Hurricane and Southside.
