“Deep sadness”: This is how a short article begins on Heino’s (84) homepage. In just a few words, the website makes it clear how much the death of his wife, Hannelore Kramm, must have affected the pop star.
“It is with great pain that we have to inform you that Heino’s beloved wife Hannelore has fallen asleep peacefully at home in Kitzbühel,” it says. “Heino is in great sadness and misses his Hannelore every moment.” But the musician wanted to let his fans know “that he is getting all the warm messages and that the kind lines you are sending him are touching him a lot.”
The “Bild” newspaper initially reported that Kramm, who had been married to Heino since 1979, died on November 8th at the age of 82. The post on the singer’s homepage now goes on to say: “Hannelore will always remain a part of Heino and we are quite sure: she will continue to take good care of her Heino!”
Heino’s manager, Helmut Werner (39), also confirmed the sad news to “Spiegel”. “Heino is devastated and in deep sadness,” said his manager. “That was the worst day of his life.” Previous press reports were initially not commented on so that Heino could say goodbye to his Hannelore in peace.
Florian Silbereisen (42), on whose shows Heino and Hannelore have repeatedly appeared as guests in recent years, also said goodbye on Wednesday. “Hannelore was a bit like a mother to all of us, she always looked after everyone,” he wrote, among other things, in a shared photo on Instagram. The moderator was “very, very sad”.
