On June 1st, model and presenter Heidi Klum (49) will be around 50 years old. She will certainly be duly celebrated by her loved ones around husband Tom Kaulitz (33) and daughter Leni Klum (18) on this important day of honor. But her German home broadcaster ProSieben is also not stingy with this milestone in the life of the star – and devotes the entire day of broadcasting to Klum: “Because we want you, dear Heidi, to celebrate your birthday, ProSieben makes June 1st Heidi without further ado -Tag”, according to a press release from the broadcaster.
Accordingly, throughout the day, ProSieben will repeatedly broadcast clips in which famous companions congratulate the birthday child. The Heidi homage then really gets going from 1:10 p.m. with a top 3 of the “best makeovers from 18 seasons ‘Germany’s next top model'”.
From 7:10 p.m., viewers can then watch the model’s remarkable career in the special “Happy Birthday, Heidi”. With archive footage and interviews, it shows how the girl from Bergisch Gladbach became an internationally successful top model and a world-famous TV personality.
And because June 1 is a Thursday, prime time belongs entirely to Heidi Klum anyway: As in the previous weeks, ProSieben will broadcast a new episode “Germany’s next top model” from 8:15 p.m., on Heidi’s 50th birthday the episode will be be 16 Two weeks later, on June 15th, this year’s finale of the casting format will take place.
