British superstar Harry Styles (28) will perform at the 2023 Grammys on Sunday (February 5). The announcement came on Sunday (1/29) during the fourth quarter of the AFC Championship game between the Cincinnati Bengals and the Kansas City Chiefs. The game aired on CBS, the network that has hosted the Grammys since 1973.
Styles is also nominated for six Grammys, including Album, Record and Song of the Year, Billboard reports. These are his first nominations in the Big Four categories. Two years ago he sang the song “Watermelon Sugar” at the Grammy Awards. It also won him his first Grammy for Best Pop Solo Performance.
The Recording Academy announced its first artists on Wednesday (January 25): Lizzo, Bad Bunny, Mary J. Blige, Brandi Carlile, Luke Combs, Steve Lacy and Sam Smith
The 65th Annual Grammy Awards will be broadcast live from the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California and will be hosted for the third straight year by Emmy Award-winner and comedian Trevor Noah, 38. The show will be broadcast live on CBS on Sunday, February 5 at 8pm ET/5am PT and is available to stream live and on-demand on Paramount.
Prior to airing, the Grammy Awards Premiere Ceremony will be broadcast live from the Microsoft Theater at 12:30 p.m. PT and streamed live on live.grammy.com. Randy Rainbow, 41, who received his first Grammy nomination for Best Comedy Album this year for A Little Brains, A Little Talent, co-hosts the show. His co-host has not yet been named.
