Nathalie Volk will also write about the men in her life in her autobiography “In my own words. A day without lies”. She announced this two months before the release.
In an interview with the “Bild” newspaper, the former candidate of “GNTM” and “I’m a star – get me out of here!” in advance what your first book will be about: “A lot of unpleasant things that I have unfortunately experienced. I take the reader step by step on my journey and describe how I felt exactly in those moments. I’m not even that open with my friends.”
She will also report on her relationship with Hamburg entrepreneur Frank Otto and her ex-fiancé Timur A. She will tell how she met Otto, “what life is like with him, what meeting his family was like and how I felt with his family”. The two got back together last spring after a relationship hiatus.
In the meantime, Volk got engaged to rocker Timur A. and moved to Turkey with him. “I would prefer not to address the chapter at all, but the reader should understand my actions and how I felt at the time.” But since she was a part of her life, this relationship is also discussed in a chapter.
Volk, who now calls herself Miranda DiGrande, is already busy promoting the book on her Instagram page. It is scheduled for release on September 15th.
Heidi Klum will also appear in the book. Nathalie Volk has repeatedly criticized the moderator and her casting show in recent years. Now she says: “If I were to be at a beauty pageant again today, which is being broadcast on TV, and a 50-year-old woman criticized me for my appearance – then I would first criticize her back.”
Another woman, on the other hand, does not have to expect criticism: People’s mother Victoria. “The relationship with my mother has never been better, we had our ups and downs and I think we’ve both found our center now. For me, she’s the best mom.”
With the book about her life, a long-cherished dream has come true. “It sounds crazy to publish a biography at the age of 26. But the book is very exciting and there is a lot of work in it. I was also able to process a lot through it.” With her descriptions she wanted to encourage others and give “inspiration and strength” to “stay strong and not give up hope”.
