The 96th Oscar Gala is scheduled to take place on March 10, 2024 in Los Angeles. The date was announced by the Film Academy in Beverly Hills. As in this year, it is again the second Sunday in March.
In 2020, the Oscar trophies were distributed in early February, in 2021 the award was postponed to the end of April due to the corona pandemic. The nominations for Hollywood’s most important film award are to be announced on January 23.
