Hollie Doyle has with 107 victories in the years put more and more of its male and female jockey-competitors in the space.

The female jockey Hollie Doyle wrote Thursday into the history of british horse racing.

It came to pass, when the 23-year-old Doyle won a race at the races in Southwell near Nottingham.

It was 107. time, to light led a horse first across the finish line in 2019.

the Victory was also a record, since no other female jockey has won so many times in a calendar year in the Uk.

Already Wednesday had Hollie Doyle the chance to reach the record, but it hindered her boyfriend, Tom Marquand, who also is a jockey. On Wednesday, he referred Doyle for second place.

– I began the year with an ambition to win as many races as possible, so it is very satisfying to put the british record for the most wins for female jockeys.

– It is a wonderful way to end 2019, says Hollie Doyle for Great British Racing.

She hopes that her record on galopbanerne can convince the owners to bet even more on the female jockeys.

unlike many other sports are gender-segregated, as competing male and female jockeys against each other.

Although Doyle has had a terrific year, so is the male jockey Oisin Murphy, the most winning in 2019, with 220 victories in the course of the year.
