Great honor for Duchess Meghan (41). As reported by “People” magazine, Prince Harry’s wife (38) received a Gracie Award for moderating the “Archetypes” podcast. Meghan launched her Spotify podcast in August 2022 and has released 12 episodes through November. As guests, she welcomed tennis star Serena Williams, singer Mariah Carey, it girl Paris Hilton and comedian Trevor Noah.
The Gracies is an increasingly popular media award created primarily by women for women. It is named after the actress and comedian Gracie Allen (1895-1964). The awards are presented by the Alliance for Women in Media Foundation. Other award winners this year include Christina Applegate, Amanda Seyfried, Gillian Anderson, Drew Barrymore and Michelle Pfeiffer.
The awards gala event will be held on May 23, 2023 in Los Angeles. It has not yet been announced whether Duchess Meghan will also be there live. It’s not the first prize for the Duchess Meghan podcast “Archetypes”. Last year, the show also won the People’s Choice Award.
