San Diego Pooth (20) made a great appearance. On behalf of the German fashion designer Philipp Plein (46), the son of Verona Pooth (55) took to the catwalk at Milan Fashion Week last Friday. “What a crazy weekend,” the 20-year-old wrote on Instagram about a photo that captured his catwalk debut in a dark blue suit and blue sunglasses. The focus is particularly on Diego’s hair: the 1.93 meter tall young model has dyed it from dark brown to blonde.

As “RTL.de” reports, Philipp Plein wanted to transform the 20-year-old’s look from “less well-behaved to more rock ‘n’ roll.” “I have to say, I really like it and it surprised me positively,” explained Diego after his transformation. The designer also received compliments on the new look. The young model mastered the catwalk show with flying colors under the eyes of mother Verona Pooth, who was sitting in the audience.

San Diego wants to continue to earn some extra money with modeling jobs in the future. “It’s important to me that I earn my own money,” explains the 20-year-old in an interview with the “Bild” newspaper. In the conversation he also says that he no longer wants to pursue a career as a golf professional, which he previously pursued at a sports school in Tampa, Florida. “It wasn’t easy for me to push golf into second place, but it all feels right,” explains San Diego, who now wants to move to Berlin and study digital entrepreneurship.

Diego Pooth comes from the marriage of entertainer Verona and entrepreneur Franjo Pooth (54). The two have been a couple since 2000 and will celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary in May. Their first son, San Diego, was born in September 2003, followed by his brother Rocco Ernesto in June 2011.
