Designer Claudia Effenberg (57) is out on “I’m a star – get me out of here!” (at RTL and RTL ). After the bickering of the last two weeks, grueling exams and fighting over imaginary spaghetti bolognese, she leaves the jungle and falls out of the race for the crown. In an interview with the news agency spot on news, she reveals her view of the “Bolognese Gate”, what she appropriately indulged in first after the camp and who she now trusts most to win.

Claudia Effenberg: Absolutely delighted that I’ve come this far. And I shouted it out too. Although not with this “special sentence”, which I still won’t say. But I was also happy that the audience listened to me a bit, because I actually said a couple of times: I just want to go home, or rather here to the Versace Hotel, because I just can’t physically do it anymore have done.

That was really pure exertion: fetching wood means going up 45 stairs, down 45 stairs. And that in the jungle, with different levels! It really was a hardcore workout!

Effenberg: Well, I ate spaghetti bolognese for lunch today and only had positive thoughts. That was also the first thing I allowed myself after the end. It’s also the running gag at the moment.

Effenberg: Of course, the stages are tough and really tough. The one test where I was locked in the pipe with my claustrophobia and the water ran in up to the tip of my nose, I had a bit of gasping. But thanks to Lucas, it was all sort of doable. He really supported me and gave me the power that we rocked the thing and got nine stars after all.

Effenberg: No, I don’t think Lucas regrets that. He knew from the start that it wouldn’t be easy for him. One or the other might see him as a big competitor. After all, his father has already won the crown. And like father like son. I really begrudge it to everyone, but I think Lucas is very careful about it. He’s also very careful about what he says, which I don’t think is bad at all. I’m more of a spontaneous chatterbox.

Effenberg: I think these three have the best chances: Jolina, Papis Loveday and Djamila. I also had the closest relationship with Djamila, who is also of a similar age. She touched me very much with her story, she grew up in a children’s home and had a really tough childhood and past. And the fact that such a great woman came out of it, who stays calm, checks out the situations first, I take my hat off to that!

Effenberg: Yes! She also deserved it financially. She also wants to do great things with her children, which as a single mom she may not have been able to do so far. Where they take their time or go on a great trip. And I don’t begrudge her that from the bottom of my heart!
