Beyoncé (41) is going on a big world tour this year. In just a few days, fans can purchase the coveted tickets for the “Renaissance World Tour”. The demand is – unsurprisingly – huge. That’s why the singer has now announced seven more tour dates.

The tour kicks off in Stockholm on May 10th and will travel through several cities in Europe. Then it’s on to shows in North America. Additional shows are now available in Toronto, Canada, as well as in the US cities of Chicago, East Rutherford, Washington D.C., Atlanta, Inglewood and Houston.

A press release said it was the “first tour extension” – so there could be more to come. The interest in the tickets is so great that price increases of up to 800 percent are expected even before sales start in the USA.

It is not yet known whether there will also be further concert dates in Europe. The first show in Germany is scheduled for June 15th in Cologne’s Rheinenergiestadion. Also listed are appearances in Hamburg’s Volksparkstadion on June 21st and in the Deutsche Bank Park in Frankfurt am Main on June 24th. Berlin or other major German cities are currently not on the list. There are currently no dates in Switzerland and Austria either.

Ticket sales for Beyoncé’s concerts in Europe will begin in stages from February 3rd. First, fans can purchase tickets in France and the UK. The ticket sale for the three German dates starts on February 10 at 10 a.m. at Ticketmaster and Eventim. There is no concrete information about the ticket prices so far.
