The American brother trio The Jonas Brothers (“Sucker”) has been immortalized on Hollywood’s “Walk of Fame” with a star plaque. Nick (30), Joe (33) and Kevin Jonas (35) unveiled the 2745th plaque on the famous sidewalk in front of hundreds of screaming fans.

The ceremony was also a big family event. The singing brothers from New Jersey brought their parents, youngest brother Frankie (22), wives and children with them. “I love you so much,” Kevin said in his acceptance speech, looking at wife Danielle. Without their support over 15 years he would not have made it. “Alena, Valentina, this is a pretty cool moment, don’t you think?” he said to their eight- and six-year-old daughters.

Brothers became known as a teen band

Joe affectionately mentioned his “accomplice”, actress Sophie Turner, and sent “daddy” greetings to the two daughters who weren’t at the party. Nick’s wife, actress Priyanka Chopra, appeared with their one-year-old daughter Malti. She is his “rock” in the storm and he loves being married to her and being parents together, Nick gushed about his wife.

The trio surprised fans at the end of the celebration by announcing that their new album would be out in early May and that they would later take it on tour.

The three brothers had stormed the charts as a teen band. They were also known for the Disney production “Camp Rock” (2008). The group broke up in 2013 but made a comeback six years later with the album Happiness Begins. They pursued solo careers and appeared in front of the film cameras. The Amazon documentary “Chasing Happiness” showed the path of the musicians.
