Christian Oliver, who had lived in Los Angeles with his family for many years, was returning from a Caribbean vacation with his daughters on January 4, 2024, when the small plane crashed on the way from the island of Bequia to St. Lucia.
Oliver gained fame in Germany primarily through his role in the action series “Alarm für Cobra 11 – The Autobahn Police”. He played Chief Inspector Jan Richter alongside “Cobra 11” veteran Erdogan Atalay (57) from 2002 to 2004.
Oliver also celebrated international success in front of the camera.
