The British actor Idris Elba (50) protects himself on the Internet – as best he can – from hackers and other criminals. “I’m more than aware of that. I generally think that people should care more about this topic,” Elba told the German Press Agency. When it comes to cyber security, it’s about secure passwords and caution with unknown links. “I always keep my eyes open in this area. Because people don’t go into a bank and rob them anymore. They go into your online accounts.”
From this Friday (March 10th), Elba can be seen again in his prime role as British Commissioner John Luther. In the Netflix film “Luther: The Fallen Sun,” a killer (Andy Serkis) hacks into laptop and smartphone webcams and blackmails his victims with their dark secrets.
