It could have gone completely awry when a drunken driver Friday night lost control of his car and slammed directly into a house in the town of Egtved in Vejle.
Inside the house was a woman and her two children aged three and ten years.
the Car made a large hole in the husmuren, and a transition was there a danger that the house would tumble together.
Spritbilisten – a 38-year-old man – took the escape, while the mother and children had to be rescued out of the house and a trip to the hospital.
the Motorist was arrested, and police took blood samples of him, which they are now waiting for answers.
“We found him, and took a blood test on him. The result will be crucial to whether he will be released again,” says vagtchef by Sydøstjyllands Police, John Skjodt.
He adds that now awaits him in judicial follow-up.
The first news was that the two children had been run on traumecenteret, but fortunately escaped with superficial bruises.
They sat in the living room and saw the tv, when the car came in through the wall.
Both the mother and the children sustained a lot of bruises and abrasions, and one child lost some teeth.
Unfortunately, that was their house, something more included of the the unexpected guest:
the Family has been resettled, and must now set to keep christmas in a place other than at home.
